For Realtors, architects and design professionals · Three gatherings at Lyngen Grove

Behind the Build

Behind the Build offers a look beyond the finished home - exploring how homes are designed, built, and evaluated from the ground up.

Each gathering will focus on a different stage of construction, with practical insight into building systems, construction quality, energy performance, and the decisions that ultimately affect a home’s comfort, durability, value, and marketability.

Our goal is to give Realtors, architects and design professionals a deeper understanding of new construction so they can better advise clients considering a custom home, new construction purchase, or significant renovation. It’s also an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other professionals working in Portland’s residential design, construction, and real estate communities.
