Age In Place - Meriwether Condo

The owners wanted to remodel their home so that they could age in place.

Designed with aging in place in mind, this kitchen features textured floor tile for improved slip resistance, convenient drawers and pull-outs, and an accessible microwave. Raising the ceiling also allowed for taller cabinetry and pull-down upper cabinet shelving to minimize bending and reaching while maximizing storage and enhancing the overall space.
